We have established core principles for our anti-corruption framework, which encompass key roles, goals related to anti-corruption, stakeholder responsibilities, and guidelines for interactions with external entities such as individuals, businesses, and governmental bodies. Accordingly, the “Deniz Factoring Anti-Corruption Policy” has been formulated in line with Turkish laws, methodologies, principles, and best practices.
This Policy outlines a broad methodology for preventing corruption. Our employees are trained and expected to uphold anti-corruption laws, adhere to this Policy, and follow ethical guidelines.
Under our Anti-Corruption Policy, Deniz Factoring has systematically enhanced procedures to ensure all employees not only affirm their understanding of the Policy’s details but also report any instances of non-compliance.
Furthermore, aside from employees’ adherence to other compliance procedures and ethical guidelines, their consistent and error-free fulfillment of anti-corruption responsibilities is also factored into personnel performance evaluations.
Deniz Faktoring implements the necessary controls and procedures to effectively identify, evaluate, and mitigate corruption risks, and takes action based on the findings of these controls. We identify key functions, activities, business processes, and positions critical to anti-corruption efforts, establish measures against conflicts of interest, and set regulations on gifts, hospitality expenses, and other potential areas of corruption.
Violation of the Anti-Corruption Policy can lead to disciplinary action or legal sanctions, including possible termination, in line with Turkish law and company practices.
As part of the Anti-Corruption Policy, it is imperative that not only employees but also suppliers, contractors, customers, and other pertinent third parties fully adhere to these principles and all other relevant regulations.
To ensure compliance, we include relevant clauses in contracts and agreements with these parties.
Deniz Factoring strives to minimize the risks associated with business relationships involving counterparties engaged in corrupt activities or those that may potentially engage in such activities.

Under its Anti-Corruption Policy, Deniz Factoring is committed to;

Deniz Factoring and parties entering into contracts with Deniz Factoring agree to comply with the following “Anti-Corruption Code of Ethics.” This code aims to prevent corruption and bribery, stipulating that all parties refrain from engaging, directly or indirectly, personally or through third parties, in the actions described below or in similar corrupt practices.
